Indications:
Hypertension (high blood pressure)
Diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetic patients with a history of hypertension

Directions for Use:
Take 1 tablet once a day, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Can be taken with or without food.
Take it at the same time each day.
Do not stop taking the medicine unless advised by your doctor.
